Needed:-
Groundnut boiled - 1 cup.
Onion finely chopped - 1 large.
Tomato finely chopped - 1 small.
Maggi hot and sweet
tomato chilli sauce - 1 tbl spn.
Pudina chutney - 1/2 tbl spn.
Dates chutney - 1/4 tbl spn.
Chat masala - 1 /4 tsp.
corriander leaves
finely chopped - one handful.
salt and sugar to taste.
How to prepare:-
Take a glass bowl with boiled groundnut.
Add onion, tomato, salt and sugar.
Mix well with sauces and chutneys.
Sprinkle chat masala and decorate it
with corriander leaves and serve ..

For Pudina chutney:-
Grind one handful pudina with half
green chilli , sugar, salt and tamarind.
Lemon juice is optional...
For Dates chutney:-
Grind 10 seedless dates with
1 pinch chilli pwdr, salt and tamarind
with 2 tsp of jaggery...
