NEEDED :- PANEER - 200 GMS, BIG ONION -1, BAJJI MIX OR CHANNA DHAL FLOUR - HALF CUP (WITH CHANNA DHAL FLOUR ADD ONE TSP RICE FLOUR, HALF TSP ASAFOETIDA, HALF TSP SOMPH FLOUR, HALF TSP CHILLI PWDR ) SALT - HALT TSP, OIL - FOR FRYING.
METHOD :- CUT PANEER AND ONION INTO LONG STRANDS. ADD QUARTER CUP WATER IN BAJJI MIX AND DIP THE PANEER AND ONION INTO IT. DEEP FRY THEM IN HOT OIL AND SERVE HOT WITH MAGGI HOT AND SWEET TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE.
