NEEDED:-
CORRIANDER – 1 BUNCH
GRATED COCONUT – 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES – 4 NOS
SALT – ½ TSP
OIL – 1 TSP
MUSTARD – 1 TSP
ASAFOETIDA POWDER – 1 PINCH
METHOD:-
WASH AND CLEAN CORIANDER LEAVES. ADD COCONUT, GREEN CHILLIES AND SALT. GRIND WELL. HEAT OIL & ADD MUSTARD AND ASAFOETIDA POWDER. ADD THIS TO THE CHUTNEY. STIRR WELL AND SERVE IT WITH IDDLY/DOSAS.
